I want to know how to adjust the shutter speed so I can take long exposure photos with my Samsung L200.

There’s no shutter priority mode on that camera, so you’ll have to be in a situation with less light.

    Actually…your camera DOES have a Manual (M) mode. This allows you to set your shutter speed and/or aperture.
    Just turn the Mode dial to M to access it, and have a look on page 21 of your user manual, ‘How to Use Manual Mode’.
    In Manual mode you have a shutter speed range of between 8 sec to 1/1,500 sec.
