    Whatever it’s shortcomings, it and m4/3 are the first of a new generation of cameras that will be the future.. Sensors will improve, as will video and the available lenses. The slr concept exists because film couldn’t do live view and will lose popularity over time because it’s not as capable as a viewfinder that shows you what the finished image will look like.

    I’ll fanboy all the fuck I want.
    That dumbass tries to play off the 4/3 sensor as not able to do anything when its just as capable as the little APS-C sensor in the NX-10.

    Every company invests a lot of money into their technology, but what they do with that technology varies drastically. The NX-10 is far from a leap forward, its just another APS-C dSLR claiming to be better than all the rest when its really no different than the rest in its class… Small, fragile, overhyped, and overpriced

    fanboy much? You act as if samsung puts out cheap crap. for the past few years(probably more) samsung has earned a lot of customer trust and have put out quality products at competitive prices. They invest a lot of money into their technology. Google slrclub nx10 review. you’ll get a chance to see some example pics.. It takes some amazing stills and the video quality doesn’t look to shabby either. This is coming from someone who owns a micro 4/3′s camera, so quit hatin. Competition is good,

    Similar size of GH1, but can’t the video is juke. same issue soffer with entry level dsr. I don’t know what is samsung is target to the consumer? GF1 and Ep1 is far more pockeable.

    People are always so skeptic to everything new, mirrorbox is NOT necessary on DSLR cameras, it’s a mechanic that was far more needed with film SLR. Pro’s with mirrorbox removed:

    -Better/easier video integration
    -More compact
    -Easier/Cheaper to build
    -No need for MLU anymore
    -No loud shutter sound, which matter in som situations!

    The only nice thing about it is the OLED screen imo. I like APS-C more than m4/3 too but it’s still not laughable small.

    That guy is a fucking idiot.
    APS-C is not that much better than 4/3, especially not in a POS camera like that.

    Any Olympus E-4xx or E-6xx will fit in your pocket with the 25mm pancake.
    Let alone the E-P1/2

    I wonder how quick that sensor will get dusty.
    I wonder how much IS lenses will be for it.
    I wonder how bad its battery life is.
    I wonder just how plasticky and fragile that camera is.
    I wonder just how noisy it is at ISO 100 with 14 megapixels.
    I wonder how bad the focusing is in video.
